Our client is one of the world’s leading fintech marketing businesses. We deliver top-quality lead generation and marketing services to our partners via our portfolio of websites in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency, FX, shares and derivative trading markets.

Are client runs some of the biggest marketing campaigns in the industry, across 10 different languages. Our talented team of people are based in London and work with a variety of different experts across the globe, to provide traffic, branding and exposure to our partners, as well as news and educational content for our users.

Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager who has a background within digital marketing and can deliver user and revenue focused web products. You will join a dynamic, fast-passed company to help multiple teams in building and delivering web products that demonstrate the company’s vision and strategy. You’ll be responsible for any new launch and web products by manging the full product lifecycle from concept, to design, development, testing, launch and ongoing optimisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You must be a key product owner for multiple scrum teams – spanning over more than just tech.
  • You will work with the wider business teams to understand, prioritise and plan the business product roadmap and backlog.
  • Demonstrate ROI for all product decisions and work with all parts of the business to decipher what value means to the company.
  • Alongside the Project Management team, take an idea from concept all the way to delivery, whilst helping to maintain high quality output from other teams.
  • Present ideas to business stakeholders, gaining buy-in for key product decisions and educating the wider team on both our processes and the product vision.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, communicating not only time estimations, but the reasoning for why certain things are being prioritised over others.
  • Owning the USP and vision for each product, making sure to keep the business aligned with both our company goals and our user goals.
  • Aligning product vision with the wider company strategy and delivering on objectives to help grow not only the products themselves, but the company.
  • Present ideas to business stakeholders, gaining buy-in for key product decisions and educating the wider team on both our processes and the product vision.
  • Use both data and user-insight to help identify and lead new feature creation for both internal tools and customer-facing products.
  • You will be responsible for increasing revenue, traffic and user interaction and work with the wider business to deliver growth

 

Key Requirements:

  • You have a strong understanding of the following web disciplines:
  • Conversion focussed Design (UX/UI)
  • Development (Frontend/Backend)
  • You understand the full digital marketing user journey which includes:
  • Retention – CRM
  • Referral – Social
  • Acquisition – PPC/SEO
  • Activation – CRO
  • Revenue
  • You work well under pressure, being able to defuse situations and get people working together towards a common goal.
  • You’re not afraid to voice your opinions but will work to make sure that compromises can be made when needed.
  • You’re experienced with project management tools such as Jira, Trello and Asana to keep visibility & communication high across the company.
  • You’ve got fantastic people skills and the ability to build working relationships with any type of person.
